Step 1: Check Your Pockets!
This is the most important step. While our attendants always do a cursory check, we cannot be held responsible for items left in pockets. Please ensure you remove:
- Pens (ink can ruin an entire load!)
- Chapstick and lipstick
- Cash, credit cards, and IDs
- AirPods and electronics
Step 2: Separate "Dry Clean Only" Items
Wash Luxe provides premium wash and fold laundry services, meaning everything you send us will go through a water-based washing machine and a standard dryer. Please do not include silk, leather, wool suits, or anything with a "Dry Clean Only" tag in your bag.
Step 3: Bag It Up
For your first order, you can put your laundry in any bag you have—a disposable trash bag works perfectly. When we return your clean laundry, we will package it in our premium, protective packaging.

Step 4: Add Any Special Instructions
